Description:

After finally taking the step of moving from console-based games over into the magical territory of real graphics I came up with a simple arcade shooter.

By using very basic graphics (Drawn in XP’s MS Paint) I created my first game that used graphics. The goal is very basic, defend the bottom of the window from invading space forces from above.

The enemies fires when you move into the same X coordinates as the enemy squares. When your Health runs out a “GAME OVER” image will be drawn, the score will be shown and you will have the option to restart the game or quit.

It’s a very simple game yet, like all other arcade games that exist, is addictive.
